Bought these on sale. Dried the petals for salad.

I love veggies and I cherish the awesomeness of nutrients packed in these flower petals. Simply buy a bunch, when they begin to get limp simply take them out of the water. Hang them upside down to dry or lie them flat on paper towel or a wooden cutting board.
When the petals are dried put them in a container and add to your fab recipes and salads

MELORANGE

Do you crave summer produce in the dead of winter?

And that is: A fruit belonging to the melon family. Very similar to cantaloupe but smaller, darker orange, and sweeter. A little web browsing indicates it's a product of seed breeding.

Health benefits: Being a fruit, it contains vitamins and fiber. A better fix for your sweet tooth than, say, Skittles.
Prepared How: Just sliced it up!

MANGO & DRAGONFRUIT smoothie
