WEIGH DAY:::

SO LAST WEEK I HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT. I WANTED TO WEIGH 145, AND I WAS 144. THEN I DECIDED I'D GO TO 140 AND GIVE MYSELF UNTIL APRIL 30TH.... DRUM ROLL.... TODAY I AM 142. I'M SURE I'LL LOSE MY LAST 2LBS IN 7 DAYS.

GOD'S FIRST DIET FOR MAN::: GENESIS 1:29

OH HAPPY DAY::: I raised my kids vegetarians, but then they did boycott at a point and said "Mom, you have to give us meat." So I did. Now my daughter Nolisha K Fairfax-Westwood​ texts me and says "Mom, I am going to get off meat."  she even mentioned that it is her intention to one day raise her kids vegetarian too. Here was God's first diet intended for us:

Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

In the bible God said to Peter that he could eat meat, however, we humans thought that meant that all of us can now eat it, but that's not so... God does not want us consuming flesh. Period. What do you think is one of the man leading causes of cancer aside from smoking, chemicals and lack of exercise?

WEIGH DAY

It's weigh day!!! ... DRUM ROLL... I've lost all the weight I had planned to plus one pound more!!!
I started at 175+ and I wanted to get down to 145, today I weight 144.

I've decided to get down four more pounds and stay at 140. So I'll keep you all updated on my progress with that.

PAPAYA SEED PEPPER:::


I am making pepper with these papaya seeds to add on my salad. 
Today's salad: red pepper/yellow pepper/green pepper/cucumber/seaweed/trail mix (cashews/raisins/pumpkin seeds) papaya, Spanish onion.
Sesame oil drizzled on.
TOPPED OFF WITH PAPAYA SEEDS... THEY GIVE A SPICY ZEST.

DRUMROLLLLL..... LAST WEEK I WAS 149.9.... THIS WEEK 146. I HAVE 1LB TO LOSE TO HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT WHICH WAS 145 LBS FROM 170+ LBS AND HEIGHT 5'9 ... I JUST MIGHT TAKE IT TO 140 LBS SO I HAVE SOME POUNDAGE TO PLAY WITH. MY GOAL DATE WAS APRIL 30TH. SO SINCE I STILL HAVE THREE WEEKS I MIGHT AS WELL CONTINUE MY JOURNEY.

SPRING SALAD

Spinach, spring mix, red pepper, cucumber, onion, tomato.

Sprinkle a little course pepper on top, perhaps some trail mix, lightly pour olive oil, hemp seed oil or coconut oil and enjoy.

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish...  All before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born.  These are best & more powerful when eaten raw.

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!  God's Pharmacy!  Amazing!

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye. And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

APRIL HEALTH KICKOFF!!!!

HELLO AND HAPPY HEALTH KICKOFF!!!
Well folks here it is, April Health Kick off. Your goal can be to lose weight, get lean, enhance your health, or help someone else to!
Whatever your goal is diligence will help you to maintain your discipline and achieve victory.
My goal was to lose weight and get down to 145 lbs by the end of April. Since I started early I am almost at my goal. Just five pounds to go, from 170.
Now I'm contemplating going down another five pounds to 140, but then halting there. My height is 5'9 so I don't want to look too thin. That's not the idea. For me health does not equal skinny, it simply means lean and eating right.
So let's post away folks! Let's share our tips, progress and more!
