LOST TWO POUNDS

SOOO I lost two pounds and I'm back down to 142. Whew, feels good. I really do not like the feeling of gaining weight. I want to remain 140-142. At 5'9 I think it's a good size for my height.
How'd I lose the two pounds? Well the same way I just lost the 30lbs since December. I exercised, didn't eat after 6pm and ate more lighter veggies.

However, today for lunch I'm having baked veggies. Still on the lighter side. No heavy provisions such as potatoes.
Here is what is in my veggie pot!
Grape tomatoes
kale ( I cut the stalk as well and added it in to give a little crunch)
carrot
spinach
red pepper
orange pepper
green pepper
dulse seaweed
sprinkled with some veggie spices
drizzled with sesame oil.

I'm baked it on high until the veggies are tender, it's done now and I'm about to dig in!
I once heard that the more cooked the veggies are the less nutritious they are, however, today I just feel like something warm and tender.
